Dominic - My advice would be to steer clear of any PH as you're very vulnerable at your age to serious side-effects.

I would just recommend focusing on your rehab, using supplements such as omega-3's, creatine, multi-vitamin, and protein. At your age, this will be sufficient, and your training and diet will take care of the rest until you get better.

Hi... I am writing this from my hospital bed in Worthing, Sussex. I have just had surgery on my fractured fibular which had been plated and screwed which was injured during rugby training. As I am clearly going to be immobile for up to the next 3 months I want to train my upper body massively... I have friends who take Epi's and rate them extremely highly, I am 108kg which is roughly made of 25kg body fat, 6ft 4in and 18 years old. I was wondering if I were to take these as a supplement on a controlled diet and strict training regiume to avoid further fat gain, would they affect or slow the healing of my fracture? If so, is there any other 'safe' supplement with minimal side effects which could help me reach my goal of staying a similar weight but improving muscle mass and strength and lowering body fat.... I am happy to put on some weight due to muscle gain as
I can hit the track when I am fully mobile again. Thanks, Dom...
