yeh ok your'e rite you can take in 200g of protein in one go but your body will not use anywhere near this for muscle growth so a complete pointless task and a waste of money. joe's got it spot on you can train your'e body to take... How much protein can you absorb at a sitting?

good post this pretty interesting. i do feel that the older you get your'e test levels will dip slightly.the only way to get a full reading to see if decreases any is to use some subject's and measure test levels when 18 then 20-30... Older age does not cause testosterone levels to decline in healthy men

Spot on I always try to get them back to my thighs then down (I train alone mainly so its just what I've taught myself to do). Ok if its really really heavy and there's no safe way to get the weight down drop it by your side as careful... Weight Sets

It kind of started 2 ways for me, one was thatn i used to do motocross at a good level and ended up having a pretty bad accident and braking my tibia and fibula ( i think this is how you spell it) basically my shin and when i was laid up i... who or what inspires you, your back ground story.
