Register to the Forum - 25 Points
Daily Login - 2 Points
Create a new Thread - 5 Points
Create a new Poll - 5 Points
Post a Reply - 1 Point
Answer a Poll - 1 Point
Complete Profile 100% - 25 Points (Editing your personal info, signature, avatar)

OK... So HOW do you receive discount on what you buy online with us? It's actually very simple. Simply follow these simple steps from the diagram on your BodyActive Account:

^Click on this link on your account.



^Enter your Forum username into your main account and click "continue". This will automatically register your points you currently have at this moment in time. NOTE: You DO NOT have to do this more than once.



^You will see your points appear as credit here. They're seperate from the website's loyalty points. This is ALL You need to do. These 3 simple steps.

Q: How much are the points you acculmulate worth?
A: Every 50 points are worth £1 discount in store value. I.e; If you have 500 points, you stand to get £10 discount off your next order. So, every point is worth 2p.

Q: How do I receive discount each month though and what do I need to do?
A: On the 26th of every month, I will automatically transfer YOUR points you have accumulated onto your BodyActive store account. Alls you have to do is the initial registration. NOTE: We cannot be transferring points at any other time. Please do not ask me or another member of staff to transfer points for you throughout the month. The mechanism in place simply doesn't allow this unfortunately. It will be done on the 26th of every month and then only. You can still purchase whenever you want throughout the month, or alternatively let your points accumulate over a period of months. You have no obligation to buy anything on a monthly basis. You'll simply have more credits appearing in your account.

Q: Will my points be re-set to zero after every transfer then?
A: No. Luckily, the smart system we have in place picks up how frequently you post each month. Earn 1000 points one month? Get £20 discount. Earn 500 next month to give you a total of 1500 points? You only receive an additional £10. It would've been nice if this wasn't the case, huh? :D

Q: Can you manipulate the rules - and what if I feel it is unfair that I'm losing out / not being rewarded while another poster's spamming?
A: Don't worry about it, we already have things firmly under control. If anyone is suspected to be manipulating the rules we can investigate their account. If you have any serious concerns, feel free to PM me or a moderator and we will deal with the issue in confidence. In case you're wondering, you cannot login / logout in quick succession to receive points, nor can you keep re-editing your profile. The login has a timer set every 24 hours, and the profile can only be done once (although you can re-edit it any any time).

A final note: You will not see the discount until you place your order so don't worry. Do the maths yourself and you will find out the true cost, HOWEVER, we will automatically discount your total price at checkout, so there is no need to worry about them not functioning properly. Our sales team will initiate that for you.
