Re: jeffs- from a beast to a monster log!

looking good jeff.... your shoulders & back have come on well compared to your avatar pic mate....well done !! It's difficult to judge size of your arms from a pic, so what do they measure ??  when does your cycle finish ?? and what weight are you hoping to achieve after cycle ?? cheers THE ANIMAL

Re: jeffs- from a beast to a monster log!

Update-bodyweight is currently around 224lbs hoping to push more out. Strength is going up body composition is really changing too. I'm thinking of running my cycle for 14weeks and doing a 6week pct. Also although I may get slated I'm planning a 3rd cycle for a winter bulk. Considering test/deca/dbol combo with hcg ran throughout.

Anyways today's session was shoulders/triceps-

Seated military press-
2x15reps bar warmup
1x10reps 60kg
1x10reps 70kg
1x8reps 80kg
1x5reps 90kg

Seated nautilus shoulder press-
1x10reps 80kg
3x6reps 120kg

Seated smith machine press-
Done this to burn out
3x12reps 60kg

Side raises (machine) db room was packed-
4x10reps heavy controlled reps

Overhead tricep extensions-
Used for pre exhaust
4x15reps 25kg

Close grip bench-
2x10reps 60kg
2x8reps 80kg

Tricep dip machine-
4x10reps 135kg

V-bar push down-
4x8reps stack which is around 100kg

Felt amazing today really pumped and full.

Today's diet-
-8eggs,bowl of oats
-protein shake
-chicken,rice,broccoli
-chicks ,rice,broccoli
-turkey steaks,medium potato
-protein shake+oats
-2 cod fillets,rice,broccoli
-protein shake+oats

Thanks animal sorry for poor pics. Biceps are just over 17" I'm aiming for 19-20" if I can and a future bodyweight of roughly 240lbs eventually
If I choose to run 14weeks I have 6weeks left

Excellent development in those pics mate, you can see the changes that the testosterone is making to your body along with diet and heavy training of course. If you feel fully recovered from your current cycle then go for the winter bulk, it's your choice mate. Will you be running an anti-prolactin along with the Deca ? Also, you can eat man, does the test increase your appetite significantly?

Re: jeffs- from a beast to a monster log!

Thanks darren appreciate the comment bro. I find I'm always hungry when running test. God knows what I'd be like if I ran eq lol and if I go for the winter bulk I'd run hcg  along with an a.i and caber. It's just a thought at the minute so not a definite cycle.

Yeah i am planning to do the cycle next summer. I've got several sources lined up so getting the stuff won't be a problem. Probably looking at 300mg a week of Test E or Test C and 300mg a week of Masteron E for 14 weeks. PCT will be 6 weeks of Proviron 50mg, and clomid tapered down from 150mg/100mg/100mg/50mg/50mg/25mg along with 5g of DAA. Might do a kickstart for 4 weeks of Phlexed+Proviron until the injectables kick in.

Re: jeffs- from a beast to a monster log!

Right a lil late on the update but anyways. Monday was chest/biceps had a good strong session.
Iv been mixing up my workouts to keep my body guessing and it seems to be helping. Nothing drastic just order of exercises or sometimes swapping one for another etc. Anyway started with incline dbs

Incline db bench-
1x15reps 17.5kg warm up
1x15reps 27.5kg warm up
1x10reps 40kg
1x8reps 47.5kg
1x6reps 50kg

Peck deck-
4x12reps 80kg pre exhaust

Flat barbell bench-
4x12reps 80kg (found this hard after the pre exhaust)

Incline flyes-
4x12reps 20kg

Dips-
3x12reps bodyweight

Db curls-
3x12reps 22.5kg each

Hammer curls-
3x12reps 22.5kg each

Seated preacher curls (machine)-
4x15reps 55kg really got my biceps.

Then today's session was legs. It went like this.

Barbell squats-
1x20reps bar warm up
1x12reps 60kg warm up
1x10reps 130kg
1x10reps 140kg
1x7reps 150kg
I'm getting really low on my squats now hence the drop in weight. Although quads have come along massively since doing so

Hack squat-
4x20reps 100kg

Leg extensions-
4x15reps medium weight

Stiff leg deadlift-
4x12reps 95kg

Hamstring curls-
3x10reps medium/heavy weight

Calve raises-
4x15-20reps medium weight really squeeze out every last rep on these till I couldn't get one more

Ab work...

Thought on this cycle so far;-
I loved the dbol strength was amazing! U was carrying a bit of water with it also had quite a bit of bloat now and again which put me off eating. Gyno was a slight worry as it had my nipples really sensitive pretty much through the whole kickstart. I would run it again as it helped massively in the gym. Iv gained around 15lbs to date but it's 15lean lbs as I don't feel bloated at all. One massive difference us body composition has changed drastically. Iv noticed better cuts in my shoulders also cut in ny quads appearing. Pretty much always feeling strong. Pumps are incredible too. I think I have to increase my calories slightly to ensure I continue gaining. I have a few weeks left to nail it.

Diet for today-
-8eggs,bowl of oats
-protein shake+oats
-chicken,rice,broccoli
-steak,potatoes,broccoli
-chicken,chips (cheat meal for once :-P)
-protein shake+oats
-chicken,rice broccoli
-protein shake+oats

Iv ran out of flaxseed which really helps boost the calories. Ill be getting more tomorrow. Thanks for following lads.
