Ano mate I was shocked...felt so strong today it was unreal. An that was training after only one meal. I normally train better if it's late an iv had a good few meals. 2moro is legs ;-) looks like your enjoying your cycle mate. How's your strength?

strength is coming on now,14 days in,debating upping the ud,the tren is starting to kick in aswell so whether to up the ud or wait and see since im getting results as is,my girlfriend keeps commenting on the size of my traps and how much fuller i am in the chest/shoulder/back area.half want to up it and see whats whagt but the other side sasys stay the course ,steady gains will be easier kept.youll def be a freak after this cycle dude.

Exellent numbers there Jeff, looks like the Test is starting to kick in.
After doing some research, i've descovered that Anadrol doesn't seem to respond to AI's as well Dbol/Test does. Anadrol is derived from Dihydrotestosterone but Dbol is derived from Testosterone. Anadrol doesn't aromatise as Dbol or Testosterone does but stimulates the estrogen receptors hense the bloated and watery gains. If you decide to use Anadrol as a kickstart in the future then an AI would be ineffectivee.A serm like Nolvadex would be more effective as it is receptor specific and will block gyno better than an AI on an Anadrol cycle. Just thought i'd mention it, just in case. Enjoy the cycle.

Day 26
Weight is the same as last weigh in. Strength and power seems to be up. Bloat has reduced quite a lot now an nipple pain is going.
Today's session was shoulders/triceps-
Seated Db shoulder press-
1x12reps 30kg each
3x10reps 37.5kg each
1x6reps 40kg each
Seated military press-
1x15reps 60kg
1x10reps 80kg
2x8reps 100kg
Hammer grip front db raises-
4x15reps 22.5kg each
Db side laterals-
4x12reps 12.5kg slow controlled reps
Machine side laterals-
4x12reps medium/heavy weight,really burnt the delts out.
Reverse flyes-
4x12reps heavy weight getting a good squeeze on every rep keeping tension on the rear delts.
Tricep dip machine-
2x20reps 100kg
2x20reps 140kg
Went for reps today to really burn triceps out.
Close grip bench-
1x10reps 80kg
3x8reps 90kg
V-bar tricep push downs-
5x12reps really squeezing the triceps on this. Triceps were battered after.
2moro is back/traps so I'll be back with my update..
Diet for today-
-6eggs,1slice whole meal toast,1bowl of oats
-protein shake+2spoons flax seed
-chicken breast,1cup rice,1cup brocolli
-protein shake+2spoons flax seed
-casserole steak,1cup rice,1cup brocolli

Thanks bro...iv read its around 180g uncooked for rice but don't quote me on this could be wrong mate.I usually aim for around 100g per meal.

Weight is still hovering around the same so going to try increase my calories by around 300cals a day see if it helps.
Nipple pain is subsiding now and strength is good. Todays session was back
Deadlifts-

Didn't go heavier today as I didn't have a weight belt. But a one off won't hurt.

Close grip pull down-

Lat pull over-
4x12reps 80kg
Reverse lat pull down-

Diet not been too good today to be honest only had 4meals an it's 19.15pm

Day 30
Not been a good 2 or 3 days. Ate some chicken an rice from a local grill takeaway and it gave me bad deli-beli lol..had dihorrea for 2days but still shovelling down food just a lot harder as my stomach is in agony so it's really hard to eat. Weight hasn't changed up or down which I'm actually pleased with as I expected it to drop. Strength is really showing now tho..few days left of dbol. Test is kicking in well too now aggression up and libido is way up!
Today's session chest biceps-
Flat barbell bench-
1x15reps 50kg warm up
1x15reps 60kg warm up
2x12reps 100kg (felt really easy)
1x8reps 120kg
1x5reps 130kg
1x2reps 140kg
1x1rep 145kg (NEW PB)
Incline db press-
4x10reps 42.5kg each
Pec deck-
4x12reps 80kg
Dips-
4x12reps bodyweight
Incline smith machine press-
4x10reps 100kg
Db hammer curls-
4x12reps 22.5kg each
Seated preacher curl (machine)
3x10reps heavy weight
Seated cable curl-
3x10reps heavy weight
Standing barbell curls-
3x10reps 50kg
Biceps were on fire after this workout and chest was fully pumped out! Hopefully this deli-beli passes quick so I can demolish my food.

Thanks big man appreciate it..to be honest i think my slowed weight gain is down to calories iv tryed to increase but not had the best few days. Ill do it tho ;-) im going on the saturday mate. Vip..i had a family party on saturday an it was awkward as f**k loads of people staring an asking me questions lol grabbing my arms and chest. Was a lil awkward to say the least.

It's kind of nice yet very creepy/awkward when you get that sort of attention... keep it up!
For some reason (some how) I got the dates mixed up for the expo so didn't get a ticket as I thought it was last week... I'd like to go but I'm going to have to put some work in with our lass as I'm meant to be decorating the baby's room.. might have to get busy on Saturday and see if she fancys a trip to brum Sunday.. she'll love it...
