Good luck PV,everything looks in order.I've seen something very similar to this on another forum.The user was experienced like yourself so was able to gauge how his body reacted to the compounds.Will be following with interest.

OBSERVATIONS -- REMARKS
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I keep a detailed log of all my workouts (reaching back to 4th april 2011) which gives me a great tool for assessing progress and adjusting workouts.
Strength has actually dropped significantly since late january, when I last did this workout.: e.g  Smith Machine bent-over row 21.jan was 15, 15, 16x100 kg compared to today's poor 10, 14, 9x100kg.  This has 4 plausable reasons: 1: Naturally no effect of the superdrol has kicked in yet, 2: I just phased out 25g/day creatine mono since I want to reserve the creatine boost for the between cycles period, 3: late january I probably still had effect from "the tale" of my hdrol-cycle. and 4: I currently have focus on extreme intensity, significantly more than on the compared workout: 57 minutes today, 65 minutes 21. january

In conclusion: As expected on day 1 :-)

TOMORROW - DAY 2 on cycle
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shoulders and calves

OBSERVATIONS - REMARKS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WOW! I do not understand what mechanisms that have come into play, but I simply cannot
explain how I could set 2 personal bests a mere 2 days into the cycle when intensity was higher
today and creatine has left my body. And how the he*l is it even possible to put on 1 1/2
kilos in 48 hours?? I weigh in at my gym at the same weight and after workout so there is
only room for a little variation.
As for my totally irrational personal bests today: I am experienced in the use of AAS
injectables so I don't see how I could be that susceptable to placebo effects?

Is superdrol THAT fast acting??

Re: MegaVol / Havoc - log of a 6 week bridged cycle

It normally takes several days for superdrol to kick in so it is indeed an enigma.Everyone is different of course so who knows?As for the personal best,it could be just a placebo but on a subconcious level.Either way,keep up the good work.

Yes, it must be a placebo mechanism at some level, I suppose. A big part of Bodybuilding as I see it is a mental game and as such, placebo effects might be both powerful and effective. Anyhow I welcome any mechanism that leads to progress in the gym :-)
The sudden "quantum leap" in weight is still a puzzle. However, if my body haven't started photosynthesis or growth by osmosis this is probably just a natural variation (perhaps I've been hydrating more actively. I certainly have eaten more the last 2-3 days. Furthermore, it is just one point of measurement which is a poor basis for asessing weight gains anyway.
Thanks for your encouragement and input Darren!

DAY 3 On Cycle

TRAINING
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rest day - I try to avoid traaining 4 days in a row, however challenging to my patience.
It is particularly tempting to push the envelope beyond the sensible when motivation
is off the chart as now on cycle. I'll chain myself to the armchair if needed :-)

OBSERVATIONS - REMARKS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Besides being typically conscious of the fact that I'm currently on a strong PH,
no noticeable physical impact worth mentioning. Mentally/psychologically I'm feeling
positive, slightly on the offensive perhaps.

TOMORROW

Re: MegaVol / Havoc - log of a 6 week bridged cycle

DAY 4 On Cycle
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Weight: 112.2 kg (was @110.5 kg pre cycle)

TRAINING - Legs
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Target rep-range high (~20)
Focus: High Intensity
Actual time: 57 min (was 90 min @14. january) => EXTREME INTENSITY!

EXERCISE                              Set #1          Set #2              Set #3
=============================================================
Superset:
||Leg Press 3 sets:                 25x180           25x180           25x180
||Squats 3 sets:                        8x100             8x100(1RP)    8x100(2RP)               PB*
Superset:
||Seated Left Leg Curl:          20x20              20x20(F)        20x20(F)
||Standing Left Leg Curl:       20x30             20x30             20x30
Hack Squats Left Leg:          20xBW           17xBW(3RP) 14xBW(3RP)
Left Leg Extensions-
Burn-Out Set
(20-10-5 s pauses):             20x25(1RP)    10x25(1RP)       5x25(F)

OBSERVATIONS - REMARKS
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A second weight measurement above 112 kg seem to establish quite a remarkable weight
leap as more than random variation! Possible fluid retention perhaps?
The insane intensity of this workout and the leg press-squat superset leave little doubt in my mind:
Superdrol has taken some effect already, which is splendidly encouraging.
I also experienced back-pumps which supports this assumption.

Note to self: Increase Taurin to 9g/day!

Summarized: It is inspiring and...hell yeah, it's fun to be on cycle :-)

TOMORROW - Day 5 On Cycle

Re: MegaVol / Havoc - log of a 6 week bridged cycle

DAY 5 on Cycle
----------------------------------------------------------
30 mg superdrol/day
Taurine UP to 9g/day (was 6 g)

TRAINING
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I never miss a meal or skip a workout - well, the latter isn't true anymore.
I've been unemployed for (too) long and got news today that I will be hired, beginning this summer :-D
So, Ive skipped cardio but eaten like a bear in a barn full of sheep. No skipping chest/back workout tomrrw, though!

OBSERVATION - REMARKS
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feeling good, positive, no sides so far besides a slight touch of lower back soreness. Hopefully the 30% increase in
Taurine mitigates any further back pump, but that's expected and tolerable anyway.
There might be a very subtle change in my temper, but knowing the mechanics of my psychology and being very
"cycle-concious" I bet there is an element of placebo present.

TOMORROW - DAY 6
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chest /Back (entering a training phase where I focus on training opposing muscle groups)
EXPECTATIONS: Excited to enter a high volume - high intensity training phase as I expect
noticeable changes as I get close to end of week 1 on superdrol.
I'll keep you posted :-)

DAY 6 On Cycle

Superdrol@30mg/day
Weight@19.april: 111,8 kg (was 110,5 pre cycle)

TRAINING - Chest/Back workout (warm-up not included)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First HIT opposing muscle-group workout in a series stretching over the next 4 weeks.
Keywords for exercise the next 4 weeks
: intensity, volume, SUPERSETS, DROP-SETS, TRIPLE DROP-SETS, PYRAMIDE
and REVERSED PYRAMIDES, DTP

||Pull-Ups                                                                        10xBW      10xBW            9xBW(F)

1 triple drop set                     4x140;7x100;8x60 (F!!)

Time spent in the gym (excl. warm-up, incl. stretching): 64 min (was 63 min @26.january)
=> moderate intensity

OBSERVATIONS - REMARKS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A personal best in incline dumbbell press: 7x90kg VS 10x80kg@26. january is encouraging,
considering I'm only at the end of week 1 on superdrol and the fact that I just seponated a
substantial amount of creatine (25g/day).
On the other hand: The volume lifted during this workout is significantly lower than that of
jan. 26'th. As expected, perhaps a little below (expectations are crap anyway).

On the very positive side: The 6 to 9 g/day Taurine jump really worked perfectly.
Absolutely no cramps of back pumps whatsoever!

TOMORROW - DAY 7 On Cycle
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Biceps/Triceps workout
-no changes in diet or supps

Thanks, Darren! I guess I saw the glass as half- empty yesterday. I train in a gym with seriously huge and strong athlets (strongman-competitors, millitary press 200kg+). When training among titans I sometimes make the mistake to compare my achievements to these, which is an obvious receipe for disappointments. Therefore; thanks again for the encouragement and reality-check :-)

DAY 7 On Cycle
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Superdrol @30mg/d
weight: 112.8 kg (was 110.5 pre cycle)

TRAINING
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's bi/tri workout is a High Intensity 10 set PYRAMIDE - REVERSED PYRAMIDE SUPERSET
with target rep ranges: 50-40-30-20-10-10-20-30-40-50 and rest time 45-90 secs:

EXERCISE
========================================================================================================

Superset:                                   Set#1      Set#2    Set#3       Set#4           Set#5               Set#6       Set#7        Set#8               Set#9            Set#10

||Barbell triceps extensions*     50x20     40x25   30x27.5   20x30(F)      10x35             10x40      20x40(F!) 30x30(1RP)    40x20(F)       50x20(F!!)

*Alternate between Skullcrushers, Rockers, and Head Smackers.
Abbrev.:  RP = Rest-Pause, short pause (2-5 s)  when absolute failure is reached before targeted rep range
                F = Failure (absolute): cannot perform another rep without pause

Actual time spent in the gym (excl. warmup, incl. stretching): 52 minutes. Was 50 min @30.january => OK intensity
10x25kg (per dumbbell) is actually a personal best in the context of 10 superset pyramides.

OBSERVATIONS - REMARKS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No sides worth mentioning, still no return of the infamous lower back pain which is great. No lethargy,
slightly short tempered (which I didn't expect), good appetite, sleep well. Terrificly pumped post workout!

TOMORROW - DAY 8 On Cycle
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shoulders and left calf workout.
Really excited about entering week 2 on superdrol as I get closer to the SD "sweet-spot" around day 14 :-)
AND THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT. I feel
really privileged and lucky to have stumbled upon this forum and all you inspirational fellows!
Cheers, PV
