yeah i've seen people put a 20kg plate one side and 2 10kg's the other side - thats madness lol Most important when deadlifting i find so the bar sits even each side Today 11:57:52

I have to disagree that cardio has no benefit. I've been quite ill this last year and unable to train as intensely, now i'm getting back to normal and into training again, i've noticed that i'm out of breath quicker than usual.... 16-May-12 22:32:21
