I use my bullworker for neck exercises.I simply push my forehead against one of the handles for 10 sets of 10 seconds once a week.Done this for a couple of years and as a result have a gorilla-like neck. 16-Mar-12 15:10:16

I like hanging leg raises too all the way up, and barbell rollouts are another good core movement. Then you have more complex movements like suitcase deadlifts and palloff presses - I know our very own POB is a fan of these. 24-Feb-12 08:08:53
