I've been using Lanacane Anti-Chafing Gel. I got mine from Tesco at Middlebrook so it should be widely available. Its not cheap but you don't need to use much each time. 04-Feb-12 13:00:20

Think you guys just listed the most common ways to treat pain from 'shin splints'. Over training can also be a cause, then it doesn't really matter what you do to fix it, you just have to train less for anything to get effective. 17-Jan-12 23:34:49
