Indroduce your selves
A few new faces around the place - feel free to browse around and comment and ask questions on the topics.
If you get chance tell us a little about your selves either in here or under this section as a new topic.
I'm Bman (Steve) a moderator round here and I've been on this site pretty much from the start of it. I had no association with BodyActive but through posting on the site I ended up becoming a mod on here. I've been training since I was around 13 years old and have just passed the big 30! Trained pretty much constantly the last 17 years or so bar a few injuries and have learn a fair bit about my body, supplements and training in that time.

Re: Indroduce your selves
Hi Bman (steve) thought i too would introduce myself as i have not been online for a while.
My name is Mark, I work at the warrington branch of bodyactive and have several responsabilities associated with the store and the website. I have always been keen into bodybuilding since my mid teen years and have been weight training for 10 years now. My martial arts experience exceeds 14 years in total with a massive variety of disciplines studied for several years. I now am an enthusiastic grappler that loves catch wrestling! Working for bodyactive gives me easy access to high quality sports nutrition and training equipment which i'm very grateful for as it allows me to progress my training continually.
take it easy guys, Mark

Re: Indroduce your selves
Hey BMAN good to know a bit more about you.
I'll jump in here to I'm BigD (Darren) and I'm the manager over at Warrington. Like Mark I've been weight training for about 10 years but have always been involved in sport whether it be athletics, football and even rugby (didnt stick at that one) from a very young age. My mid teens I started Judo but found it wasn't aggressive enough for me so moved onto wrestling and seem to excel very quickly training with the senior guys. A few years later my knees had had enough so got into weight lifting where I have stuck to it (on and off)
Over the years I've pretty much tried 99% of the supplements we sell so I'll always have an opinion on something - good or bad.

Hello everyone im Reece Fowler, good to no a bit more about you all.
Now the boring bit..... a little about me haha, im Reece i work at the Preston bodyactive (and love it) have been working here 5 months now as a sales assistant.
I have always been into sports from a young age, when i was younger 8-13 i used to do motocross and got to a fairly good level until i had a big accident in a race where i broke my colar bone and tibia and fibia (shin), it was on the mend from that i went to boxing training to get fit and was hooked strait away, had my first fight when i was 14 and have been fighting ever sine, won the national 81-86kg cruiserweight titlle in 2009/2010 season and represented my country a few times and then dislocated my shoulder sparring had to have 3 operations 2 key hole and one major (lata jet procedure) had to take a year out and now this is my first season back and i am in the national champs again in the quater finals this weekend coming !
If anyone ever has any questions they want to ask dont hesitate.
