I've got protein coming outta my ears at the moment - 2 relfex instant whey sacks in my cupboards. Managed to scoop up the 4.4kg for under £30 :)) Sainsbo keep doing deals on frozen chicken fillets at £1.99 for 500g. Not the biggest so... Today 11:27:16

Take your shake after you've finished your cardio. It won't have an adverse effect on fat loss taking it after the last rep, but it's probably still a small bit better just to take it after cardio biologically I believe. 02-May-12 14:37:56
