When to take PWO if doing cardio straight after work out?

When to take PWO if doing cardio straight after work out?

Hey guys,

I usually do my cardio fasted at 6.30am and then come back after work at 7.30pm to do my weights which makes when to take my PWO shake pretty easy (straight after my last rep) however on occasions I have a meeting first thing and can’t get to the gym I will do my cardio straight after my weights, now my question is thus:

-    When do I take my shake? Straight after my last rep as usual? After my cardio? Not at all as my primary focus at the moment is dropping my bf% before vegas at the end of the month.
-    If I take it straight after my last rep and then get on the treadmill will I just be burning that off or will I still reap the benefit of cardio?.

Cheers guys

Take your shake after you've finished your cardio. It won't have an adverse effect on fat loss taking it after the last rep, but it's probably still a small bit better just to take it after cardio biologically I believe.
