I never really make a conscious effort to include them. I just eat a lot of good food that tends to include a decent fat content: plenty of steak, canola oil when frying / cooking, fish oil tabs, eggs, and the rest just tends to come passively from foods I'm cooking.
I think if your diet is generally good and like a normal athlete, you don't have to worry about consciously adding fat as it'll be in there anyway passively from good foods.

peanut butter & mixed nuts...... almonds,brazils,walnuts,monkey nuts, etc

i get my healthy fats from almonds , eggs , salmon , olive oil , fish oil tabs , natural peanut butter and if i cook then i use organic virgin cocunut oil as this is the healthiest oil to cook with and has a tonne of health benefits......( funnily enough cocunut oil is also what is added to oat gain - which is my favourite meal replacement / weight gainer and a fantastic supplement )

I'm with you on this! It's the best tasting weight gain ever!! Just a shame it doesnt have casein in it

Avacados are a great food. I have 1 every day or half of a big one every day. The fats are all good fats ie...monosaturated fats and a perfect combo with Avacados staggering amount of fat-soluble antioxidants which are carotenoids.These include
alpha-carotene
beta-carotene
beta-cryptoxanthin
chrysanthemaxanthin
lutein
neochrome
neoxanthin
violaxanthin
zeaxanthin
Avacados also taste yummy!

Orangio, Avacado's are an aquired taste but i found after a couple that i grew to love the taste, hopefully you'll like them. If you go to Asdas then buy the ones that are ripe because the unripe ones can take over a week to ripen. Also, don't believe the crap you read about Avacado's being fattening, excess calories are fattening. A large Avacado is about 220 calories and a small one contains around 100-110 calories, hardly fattening.
As for the Expo?no mate, i have no plans to go. Where is it being held? Iv'e never been to a power expo before.
