Creatine
I have got some Creatamax which says it supports muscle size, power and sporting performance. Sounds great for mma!
One question though, how on earth do you mix it properly? It says it has an instant mixing formula, so first I added it to juice and swished it around like you would a pain relief type thing. It stayed in the bottom of the glass. Next I added it to my protein shake in one of those shakers. I gave it a shake so the protein was all mixed up but the creatine was still at the bottom!!??
Re: Creatine
some creatine's do that.......... Add the water first 50ml add creatine stir with knife or folk neck it back if there is some creatine left at bottom of cup / glass Add another 50ml of water swoosh it around & down it !!

Re: Creatine
Advice dully noted Animal, thanks that seems to be working. I was very close (not really) to sticking it on toast or something and just eating it, it wouldn't be stuck to the side of a glass then haha. Don't know if it would still work if I did that? hmm.
Re: Creatine
i find it never fully dissolves, give it a swirl around or a shake before every sip

Re: Creatine
If the creatine isn't a micronised version, it will usually take a very very long time do dissolve properly if at all. The best thing to do is like Animal says, just neck it when it's not clumped together to get it over and done with!

Re: Creatine
Try adding it to luke warm/mildly hot water. It dissolves a lot better. Whats more it exits the stomach faster - and no, it doesnt denature it!

This is what I used to do and it works a treaT! Mix it with a little warm water add knock it back, then maybe rince out the glass/cup with a bit of water and drink that to get any little bits you've lost then drink plenty more water after and through-out the day.
