Four years okinawan goju-ryu very classical and very enjoyable not much sparing though under 6th Dan Glen have given it up now, one had to be dropped either bodybuilding or okinawan goju-ryu due to more work and family commitments. 22-Feb-12 13:10:59

I am using Krealkalyn by Biorhythm and would have to say for anyone not sure about creatine, dosages, loading etc. then its ideal. Take two tabs a day preworkout or with breakfast on non workout days and thats it!! no loading, no cycling, no... 06-Jul-11 08:35:07
