OK so a typical day looks like this:
2x Poached Eggs on 1x slice of Wholemeal Toast
2x Organic Oatcakes with Organic Peanut Butter
60g of Wholeweat Pasata with Chicken/Fish and 1tsp of Organic Pesto plus Apple
2x Scoops of Myofusion
2x Scoops of AfterGlow (Training days only)
Fish/Chicken/Steak etc with Veg (no direct carbs in the evening) plus a few cubes of 85% dark chocolate.
Being very strict with only one cheat meal per week.
I don't know if you heard me counting? I did over a thousand...

Legs and Shoulders
Legs Press: 3x10 @ 250KG.
BB Squat: 3x8 @ 122KG.
Seated Calf Raise: 3x15 @ 70KG.
BB Military Press: 3x8 @ 50KG.
Seated Arnolds: 3x10 @ 22KG DBs.
Front Raises: 3x8 @ 15KG DBs.
I don't know if you heard me counting? I did over a thousand...

Alex, fair play, you've probably been the most consistent guy I've seen on these boards since its inception. Every time I check your journal, you've had an excellent balance of health and general fitness, your diet is always on the money and you're always improving.
