Journal of Marty K

Re: Journal of Marty K

Great review, looks like it worked very well for you.

How did you dose? Same number of caps every day or just on training days?

It's the one i've been waiting for!!

Fantastic final review mate - really puts your successes into context. Around a 15% increase in weight for bench/squat is a great achievement. And as for weight gain 11lbs in 8weeks with not too much fat gain is a top result! Like you say it seems expensive but at around £90 for 200cap cycle it works out cheaper than a PH cycle with PCT and without any of the health issues and side effects to worry about and results seem just as good. You running a recomp and then giving it another go as soon as you saved up? I cant wait to run this bad boy - gonna do a long bulk on it and hopefully put on similar amounts of weight and strength to you.

Thanks for logging this Marty - been a great read and well done on the results mate Nation-Smilies/=)

Cheers Matt i actually have another 200caps sitting here i bought 2 by mistake lol going to leave it for a few months before i take it again. I'm consdering a rcomp or a cut at the min, i  might do a cut to around 11.5 stone and then bulk with darrens beginner PH stack in the winter but i'm hestiant about taking a PH yet as i know i can keep improving naturally?! I know you will see great results with XFA cant wait to see how you improve.

Mate i'm embarrased to say that i went to the gym yesterday for the first time in 3 weeks, i took a week break and then the good weather came and then i moved house there is no real excuse aprt from i'm a dick however ive only lost 1lb.

Ive decided that i'm just going to take maintenace cal for a few weeks and see where my strength is at. I'm then going to do a cut as you know the lowest weight i have been is 12 stone which is in my avatar pic but my abs still arent really showing there that well so i might try and loose enough weight to get properly defined abs.

With regards to my workouts ive decided to go with higher reps to see what effect it has as opposed to the low reps i usually train. i'm going to go with 3-5 sets of 12 and progressively put the weight up each week/
