Sorry I've let this slide guys...
Injuries and other commitments made me cut this cycle short as I simply wasn't able to train!
Inconclusion (briefly and totally gutted I didn't finish it..) this cycle is a winner is your cutting or bulking. I would say it will work better with a bulk though imo as you could grow with limitted/no fat gain - prob lean up indeed.
Hoping to start up training again next week and I will resume the end of the Tri and lean and do the remaining 3 weeks or so of active xtreme, so I will let you know how that goes. Hopefully it will give me a good kick start after a few weeks off. I actually did a light chest/shoulders/tri's session yesterday and it went well and got a great pump from it so hoping I won't have lost that much strength.
Good update mate. Your injury has became more serious then? Was this the freak incident from the other day as well?
I think you're right: the 'lean bulk' approach with limited fat gain, that cycles like this / XFA offer seems to be becoming more popular. Do you think?

Hope your back on track soon as possible...
Think your on the right track there as well. Great stack for lean mass gain on a hard training, high calorie diet.

Cheers guys feeling much better now and trained last night (going to start up a new journal shortly).
Adam: it was that freak incident that jig'd my back combo'd with not resting it enough.. plus starined forearm/wrist from digging and just general lack of time
Defo think the driven stack would give anyone awesome results with a lean bulk! If you'd got the dollar to combo this or some of this with xfa you'd be onto a crazy stack!!!
