Animals update

just an update of my current training & dieting,
As most of you no i'm on a cutting up programme, 6 weeks today i was 19 stone 8 lb (274lb), This morning i weigh 19 stone 2lb ( 268lb)  i'd like to reach 17 stone ripped  ( 238lb) approx, my current weight loss as been down to diet only cutting carbs mainly on an evening & training with heavy weights no cardio what so ever,

my body stats are .....Arms 18"
                            ..... chest 50"
                            ..... neck 18"
                           ...... forearms 15 1/2 "
                          ....... quads 27 "
                           ...... calfs 19 1/2
                          ....... waist 36"

so it's slowly dropping of me & i do feel better for it tbh............  daily totals is calories 4000
                                                                                                                              carbs 420
                                                                                                                              protein 360
                                                                                                                              fats 110
                                                                                                                              water 5 litres daily +

supps........................... multi- vitamin solgar 2000 v
                                     vitamin c 3000mg daily spread out
                                     omega 3 fish oils 3000mg
                                    flaxseed oil 10 ml daily
                                    vitamin b complex b
                                    glucosamine suphate 1000mg x 2 daily
                                    glutamine 20g daily 4 x5g servings
                                    zma

Looking like great progress so far - losing weight steadily is the best one. You keeping most of your strength?

Stats wise your waist is that big for weighing so much so that should come down very nicely and you'll be one streamlined animal soon!! Did you have pre-cut measurements to compare to as well (cant be arsed looking!) Diet manipulation is much better for fat loss - cant be doing with endless cardio the day is short enough as it is!!

Matt before cut my stats were....... arms 18 1/2 "
                                                        chest 52 "
                                                        neck 19 1/2 "
                                                        forearms 16 "
                                                        quads 28 "

Tbh matt my strength as dropped a little to be fair....I'm concentrating on cutting first, then when i reach my target its 5x5 training... then winter time roids maybe  Nation-Smilies/!dizzy  Nation-Smilies/!dizzy

It will be 8 weeks this friday into my cut...........  I currently weigh this morning 257 lb, so ive lost 17 lb in fat / weight... my goal is 240 lb as you can see from my new avatar the  defination starting to show threw & when ive trained & I'm pumped I look even better, my calories are down to 3084cals... protein 274 g... carbs 318g...fats 74g I will keep at it until i reach 240 lb and decide what to do from there, cheers THE ANIMAL  Nation-Smilies/!cool

Thanks jarman much appreciated......... It's tough going to be honest feeling so hungry all the time after the amount of food I have been eating previously whilst on bulking phase.... but i will persist & hopefully it will pay off...... i'm not eating anything bad what so ever & still no cardio !! ............... cheers THE ANIMAL

Its worth it in the end though. Were those forearm measurements done with the arms straight or bent?

yeah think it will be Buddha... real tough though !! measurements were done with arms  straight, Ive got big forearms tbh even before i trained people said they were big !! Ive been a ground worker all my life they get some battering from digging etc all the time, like bloody popeye lol  Nation-Smilies/=)
