Thanks steve..... I will be honest mate I am finding it tough down 2000 calories on what I'm used to eating.... energy levels bit low & feel starved but im getting some mct oil & vitamin D to give me a boost hopefully !! I no it will be worth it in the end lots of other people noticing Too.... so something must be happening lol cheers HE ANIMAL  Nation-Smilies/wink

Its worth it in the end though. Were those forearm measurements done with the arms straight or bent?

yeah think it will be Buddha... real tough though !! measurements were done with arms  straight, Ive got big forearms tbh even before i trained people said they were big !! Ive been a ground worker all my life they get some battering from digging etc all the time, like bloody popeye lol  Nation-Smilies/=)

Thats an enormous forearm and your natural as well.

Re: Animals update

just another update weighed in at 256lb this morning.......... I no this sounds daft but i do really feel light, feel as if i'm shrivelling up like a prune....... it's proving much more difficult than I thought I'm always hungry but im being good and sticking to my diet, currently eating 3000 cals this week will adjust next week if ive dropped a pound or so i'm losing approx 1 1/2 pound each week so thats about right really, I could go berserk with cardio but dont want to lose muscle mass as well...... Ive done no cardio at all it's all been with diet  & training, will post another pic end of next week that will be 10 weeks into my dieting, hope your all well.... regards THE ANIMAL

Re: Animals update

I find copius amounts of veg that are high in fibre helps keep hunger under control and a nice strong cup of coffee or 2 does the trick. Well done for sticking to your guns though Animal. It's a shock to your body from bulking.

cheers matt, need & want to get down to 240lb ideally so still got 14lb to lose so going to be cutting for few more weeks yet, strength is good mate, I'm doing 5x5 at the moment have been for the last four weeks it's working well i'm losing the fat & gaining good strength, mon & friday is squats / bench / rows & one isolation being tricep dips then wednesday's squats / millitary press & deadlifts & one isolation being barbell curls it's all working well so i'm sticking with it, lots of people noticing & commenting on how much better i look so thats a bonus and boost motivation......... so it's all good !!  Nation-Smilies/=)

hi nassau......yeah must admit it is difficult cutting all them calories & carbs but it's working for me....... my bf % will be around 11 - 12 %  when I reach 238 lb goal, go on holiday in few weeks so things might get a bit stale  gotta chill out a bit but i won't be going berserk..... my protein & supps will be coming with me & will be finding a gym for the time we are away.  Nation-Smilies/=)
