Hi, I m 31, 5 8 , and 81kgs. I ve been gym training for some time now to shed fat and become toner. However, it seems the fat is not coming off. My daily diet consists of porridge for breakfast, sandwich + fruit for lunch, and a protein dinner not consisting of any carbs. Hi, I started the gym towards the end of December 2011 and recently have took a month off, not by choice but because of my lifestyle. I m 6ft 7, 20 years old and my weight is now currently 12 stone. I started off at 10 stone which to me personally was underweight and I was out of shape, I used mass gainer and ate frequently and progressively put on 2 stone, sometimes 3 stone but was mainly water weight. I m at the stage now where I feel that I don t want to be this weight because I feel fat. I still want to put on Muscle but also lose weight but not the muscle mass itself. Would using Cyclone as well as doing Cardio be a good option, I m just curious because Creatine creates water weight as I ve seen and heard. At 6 ft 7 and 12 stone weight your BMI is under 19 which puts you as underweight. I would be suggesting a weight gain shake with no sources of water retaining creatine such as instant mass by reflex to start adding more lean muscle mass onto your frame.

Hi, I ve been training for around 4 months now without any real nutrition platform and now I ve decided to adjust my diet. I m 5 7 and weight 66kg so average for my size. I just recently bought cyclone and had my first taster and I must say it didn t leave a sweet taste in my mouth. Does it effect the performance of the cyclone if I add the powder with milk instead of water I also wanted to know when the best times to take the cyclone were as I m also type 1 diabetic so certain times I need to eat. I train at around 5pm and then have an evening meal around 6.30pm and didn t know whether having a sizeable evening meal would effect the cyclone in any way. Thanks.
Mixing cyclone with milk as opposed to water will cause the digestion rate to be considerably slower resulting in a slower recovery also. you should be taking 2 shakes a day of it, one an hour pre training or throughout the day inbetween meals and the second shake post workout. Have your post workout cyclone immediately after training and eating again within an hour after that should not affect the quality of cyclone too much at all due to your bodies ability to soak up nutrients like a sponge post training.

One thing to consider is if you start losing bodyfat you will lose weight, however, catabolism will not occur if you keep your protein intake high to provide plenty of amino acids to maintain positive nitrogen balance. You could blend the two into one shake if you wish however this may not taste too good depending on what flavours of each supplement you have purchased.
Use critical mass as the foundation of your supplement routine to bulk up, it is rich in calories protein and carbohydrates all neccisary for muscle growth and development.
Cyclone is classified as an all in one supplement and would require two shakes per day to get the full daily serving of creatine and all the additional compounds present in cyclone. With this in mind i would use cyclone pre training and post training as well as 1-3 full servings of critical mass to be drank in between meals.

Instead of going for cyclone i would suggest a basic protein to start of with. Hello! I m 17 years old, 5ft 11 and am currently 86-87kg. I go to the gym a lot (4-5 days a week) and do a bit of Rugby every week. Try to do your cardio after weights. It's imperative you focus on muscle-building first as this will provide more effective fat loss alone. Preserve your energy for that and do cardio secondary.
