Question | Hi, What do you recommend I do if I wanted to gain muscle mass using Cyclone without gaining fat, I ve heard Cyclone is very good in terms of building muscle but as I am a semi pro footballer, I am concerned that Cyclone will make me put on weight (fat). I do not want to gain too much weight as the carb intake in cyclone is quite high & I am worried that I will put on weight as well as muscle mass.. however I am looking to gain an athletic build. Answer | hi tee , cyclone will not make you put on weight , remember that it is your total calorie intake in the day that is responsible for that . As for the carbs , if you take the cyclone before training and after then you will be utilising the carbs when your body needs them and this will have no negative impact on your physique . If anything it will help you get leaner . Carbs are not bad , people just eat them at the wrong times !! |

Answer | Hi Allan, there isn't enough calories for you to gain very much size at all with cyclone. You would be best looking at something such as instant mass by reflex. Reflex is the only company that uses a clean carbohydrate source and is designed for lean muscular gains. It will also be better value for money then any maximuscle product you will find, and help you gain some good size and strength. Theres no reason to take a break from instant mass so you can keep using it until you are happy with the size you have gained. And yes taking just one shake on non training days would be ideal. |

Question | Hi, I started the gym towards the end of December 2011 and recently have took a month off, not by choice but because of my lifestyle. I m 6ft 7, 20 years old and my weight is now currently 12 stone. I started off at 10 stone which to me personally was underweight and I was out of shape, I used mass gainer and ate frequently and progressively put on 2 stone, sometimes 3 stone but was mainly water weight. I m at the stage now where I feel that I don t want to be this weight because I feel fat. I still want to put on Muscle but also lose weight but not the muscle mass itself. Would using Cyclone as well as doing Cardio be a good option, I m just curious because Creatine creates water weight as I ve seen and heard. I know this isn t much of a direct question about Cyclone but more of a advice for keeping lean rather than overweight which I feel now. Thanks for the advice in advance . |

I would be suggesting a weight gain shake with no sources of water retaining creatine such as instant mass by reflex to start adding more lean muscle mass onto your frame.
