I have been using grenade for 2 days. I go to the gym about 4 times a week. i do some cardio but prodominantly weights on upper body.
Will this be enough to see effective results

Hi Sam, i would say it would depend on how tolerent you are to stimulants. If you can handle the stimulants then you should be fine to do it the way you have asked about. If not then i would recommend taking just one tablet in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon.

hi tony ...it makes no sense to do this as you will achieve nothing if you try to cut and bulk at the same time .....it just does not work - aim to gain size first and then once you have built some size then you can slowly lose the fat with a sensible eating plan and supplementation

Hi Callum, I can't see any adverse side affects combining the two however with any medicine I would always consult a doctor or pharmacist. I would mention that masking pain when training may lead to further injuries later down the line.

Hi Toom, no the grenade doesn't affect your strength at all so you will be absolutely fine to use these. Just maintain a steady supply of protein during the day and this will ensure only bodyfat is lost as opposed to muscle.

Hello there, I just took my first capsule of grenade! Im 17 years old (going 18 in about 2 months).. Can I use Anavite Multivitamin with Grenade (i just take 2 capsules of anavite a day), 6 is the right dose, but I just take 2 because im using it as only a multi-vitamin, will it affect me anyway if i took them both also Im on a 1600-1700 calorie diet.. I know that im losing muscle mass and fat, I just wana lose 10-13 pounds as fast as possible (im 81KG, 5 10 and 19 bodyfat) my diet is based on protein and fat, and low-moderate carb.. I run 30 minutes and do pullups/pushups for 12 sets.. will everything be fine in my WEIGHT LOSS thank you! also any tips to decrease the amount of lost muscle mass on that diet (change any macros )

Hi Omar, it's worrying that you are losing muscle mass aswell as bodyfat which would indicate you are training too hard and not getting enough protein in your diet. As for taking grenade and anavite together you will be absolutely fine to do so with no ill effect. As for helping with your muscle loss taking more protein will help, but supplementing with reflex's bcaa's will make a big difference in retaining your muslcles and ensuring only bodyfat will be burnt.
