Question | Hi, am a 24 year old lad. I am slim but I have unhealthy lifestyle which made me develop this belly fat. I would like to get rid off this belly fat but I d also like to gain size in muscle. I fear that taking Promax Diet could go further than my belly and affect the other parts which would make me more slimmer. I was thinking of taking promax diet and Creatine at the same time as maybe creatine will prevent me from going down in size. Or do you think I should concentrate on one thing then do the next. So a slim lad with belly fat who wants to get rid off it but at the same time build size and strength. Thanks |
Answer | excess fat can only be burned off from eating less calories so if you decide that getting rid of your belly fat is more important than gaining muscle then you should concentrate on this initially , trying to gain muscle and lose fat is like trying to sprint and walk at the same time . just do one thing at at a time and you will see better results . |

Question | what is the minimum age to take promax diet and what would happen to you if you took promax diet under that age |
Answer | Hi Ben, theres no real age limit as all protein powder is, is the rawest version of protein found in food. So it is safe to take but make sure if you do take it don't rely on it it for your food, as you still need solid food to grow properly with. |

Question | Hi. I ve been using promax diet for about a month and a half in conjunction with CLA-1000 and Thermobol. I ve seen pretty good results and feel I m acheiving my goals. Unfortunately, I injured my shoulder at the weekend and have been unable to lift any weights. To recover properly I feel it s probably best to have a week or so off from the gym (please correct me if I m wrong though!). Should I continue to use these products as usual or are they only effective when able to train to full capacity Any help would be great. Thanks. |
Answer | Hi Chris, taking these products while you don't train will still have a good effect as it will help maintain low bodyfat levels and keep your body from storing any excess fat while not training. |

Question | Hi guys, i am 10 st 7lbs, 5 ft 6 inches. I train 4 times a week minimum. 2 body sculpt (weight classes), 2 spinning classes all 45 minutes long. I am also starting pilates 1 hr a week too. I eat very health, infact for the last 2/3 yrs i have eaten virtually a NO starch carb diest. So no bread, pasta, potatoe or rice. The only carbs of this sort i eat were for breakfast, porridge or special K and about 4 rivitas throughout the day. To this end i have had stomach problems for the last year or more and i am trying to get my diet back on track and learn how to eat without putting on weight. I was wondering would pro max help me I am looking for a supplement that helps work on my toning up and definition and abs area. I have the making of a 6 pack but not yet there......... In all the answers below you promote a high protein diet but that is what i was eating for 2/3 years with basically no starch carbs, i am worried i will over load on protein also if i use this supplement Can you advise Are you not supposed to eat protein and carns after a workout, pro max seems very low on carbs any help would be great........... L |
Answer | Hi Lucy, It's massively important to eat fast acting carbs after training as it restores glycogen levels for energy and repairing your system. Simply taking carbs even just once after training can make a huge difference and keep your metabolism reved up for longer periods of time. After glow by biorhythm would be perfect for yourself as you can carry on eating what you normally do but take this once straight after training sessions would amplify your recovery time and energy levels. Promax is an ok protein shake but is very expensive for what it actually is, After glow is more cost effective and will be better for your diet, training, body shape etc |

Question | Hi - im 5ft 11 weigh about 176lb. Always been slim built just puppy fat which i wish to loose. I have purchased the promax diet, and was wondering would it be best to take 1 in morning and 1 in evening (both as replacement meals). Excersie wise i play football twice a week, and have a home weights which i will start to use. Should i take the shake before or after workout Looking to loose my puppy fat and bulk up at the same time. Is taking 2 shakes as replacement meal ok Thanks |
Answer | Hi Steve, you would need to take the shake directly after training as this is when your body need fuel to repair and build with. If your not taking a shake after training then the easiest thing for you body to eat as fuel is muscle, which is counter productive to what you want to achieve. Unfortunately you can't bulk up and lose weight at the same time, as to bulk up you need to eat more and to lose bodyfat and weight you need to eat less. As a replacement meal it isn't ideal as you are missing all of the vitamins and minerals you get from food, so taking a multi-vitamin alongside this would be ideal. |

Question | Hi, I have been having promax diet shake for breakfast and lunch and a very low fat dinner. I also go gym 5 days a week and aim to burn 300-400 calories. However I have not lost any weight, the scales have not moved for 2 weeks now....I have not gained or loss I just stay the same...It is really getting me down as i work so hard....am i doing something wrong |
Answer | hi harpz if your weight has not changed then it basically means that your eating enough to maintain weight but need to eat slightly less to lose it - decrease your daily calorie intake by 300 cals per day and then see if that helps......you may also benefit from taking a decent fat burner such as grenade . if you eat healthy 6 days out of 7 you can also have a cheat meal on the weekend which will give you a mental break from dieting and also help keep your metabolism elevated as prolonged periods of dieting can cause it to slow down . |

Question | Just bought promax diet and thermobol what is the best way to take the two together |
Answer | hi stuart .... as they both contain stimulants i would try and take them at different times of day.......the only time you may want to take them together is before you train as it will give you an extra kick if you need it before you train . |

Question | Need advise!!! i was wondering would it be worth taking promax diet!! im a 20st guy and just starting training after long injury to neck i do cardio and muscle building 2x a week and swimming once a week sometimes twice im looking to loose weight and tone up abit. Im new to supplements hence this question. Thanks. |
Answer | Hi Mike, There is no reason why you couldn't take Promax Diet, as long as your okay with taking green tea. Use the product as a meal replacement. This will help to keep you fuller for longer and stop you snacking. The protein will help repair your muscles from the training that you are doing. As long as your general health is good you could look at fat burners however we always recommend you speak to your doctor first. Good luck with the weight loss |

Question | Hi, I am currently on mild hypertension medication (Ramipril 10mg Daily). I would like to know if there are any issues I should be aware of if I use Maximuscle Promax Diet and Thermabol whilst on the Medication Thanks |
Answer | Hi Zak, the promax diet you won't have any issues with but the thermobol will increase your blood presure slightly, so i would be wary of using this product while you have hypertension. A none stimulated fat burner such as ultra lean fx by biorhythm would be better suited for yourself. However with any medication I would ask your doctor. |

Question | Hi, I am currently using Promax diet alongside circuit training (x1) boxercise (x1) football training(x1) and full match (x1)per week for the last 2 months. My diet is also pretty good and as such have lost about 1stone - now 11lb 10 and 6 ft (38yr). I d like to keep the same weight but trim up a bit more around my waist and start to develop more muscle. Is Promax diet still the right option or would Cyclone and Thermobol (as another article) be the best option to achieve this I want to achieve overall good physique rather than large body build shape. Thanks. |
Answer | Hi Suart, i would definately stick with your promax diet to make sure your getting healthy calories and protein to repair with. But i would recommend taking grenade to maximise your fatloss which will give your a more athetic toned look. It will help shift your excess unwanted fat and will also drop the water weight that your body holds. |
