There's no need to cycle off creatine; you can use it indefinitely if you wish.

I have just started on the Phd Synergy Iso 7 and would like your opinion with regards to the daily dosage of supplements to take. I train 2 times a week, therefore on training days I will be taking one serving an hour before training and another serving after training. On non training days I m currently taking one serving of Phd Synergy in the morning. My goals are to increase strength, stamina, and put on lean muscle as I am a bit of a skinny type. Would this supplement be enough or do I need to include another serving of a Phd supplement during the non-training days to reach my goals. If the Phd Synergy is enough I would prefer for financial reasons. If on the other hand you think that I would need a further supplement, I was thinking about Phd Pharma Whey, however I would appreciate your recommendations if any Please note that in my area I can only purchase the Phd supplememnts as the other brands are not of a good quality, so please recommend a Phd product if I need any.

I would say you're overcomplicating things slightly. If you're a bit of a ectomorphy body type, you'll need more calories so combine the synergy with something like Pharma Gain. If you start putting fat on, simply cut back slightly and integrate Pharma whey instead or pharma blend for additional protein.

Hi, i have been back in the gym for about 6 weeks now, 4 times a week for about an hour each time, i normally just do weights but thinking of incorperating cardio into my sessions. I have been using critical Mass as i struggle to gain weight, i have gone from 9 7lb to 10 2lb, i take N.O Explode as apre workout drink. I am thinking of changing shakes as i dont want to start gaining fat, especially around the stomach region! I was thinking of possibly an all in one shake like PHd Pharma Whey HT or Reflex All in one. Could you firstly tell me if im on the right path with choosing one of these shakes for my goals as i want to gain lean muscle without much fat also which one you would recomend
Lastly would you still recomend the N.O Explode or would it be a waste

Hi Rob, pharma whey is just a pure protein not an all in one so i would steer clear of that one. If you really struggle to put size on then i wouldn't reccommend an all in one as the calorie content simply isn't high enough. Instant mass by reflex would be the best option for you,It is designed for lean muscle gains with minimum fat gain. As for your pre workout choice, if it's working for you then i see no reason not to take it.

I am 44 years old, male, and have been training Martial Arts for these last 12 months. I train two times a week for an hour and a half each session. I have no health conditions except that my cholesterol level was a bit high during my last check up. To compliment my training I was recommended to start taking the V Maxx Pump about an hour before starting training, and the Recovery 2:1 for post training. I have never taken any type of supplement nutritions before and would like to ask you the following questions:
a Is the V Maxx pump and Recovery 2:1 supplements enough to improve my stamina, speed, strenght, and muscle growth for my type of training
b Are there any side-effects which I should be aware of before starting to take these supplements
c Which additional or other type of products do you recommend for my age, type and time of training Or are the above supplements enough for me
d Is it recommended to take the above supplements during training days only or are these products to be taken every day
e) What is opinion about Methoxy 7 test capsules My overall aim is to increase stamina and muscle growth.

A) Yes, certainly, they're both solid products for that purpose.
B) There is a stimulant effect from V-Max pump so just bear in mind if you're tolerant to stimulants it may be noticeable to feel more mentally charged & focused.
C) Creapure monohydrate is always an excellent product by Reflex for any type of athletic sport. Also, Peak beta by Molecular Nutrition would be a fantastic supplement for you to use to enhance performance.
D) Only on training days would be a necessity unless you had a protein product you wanted to take on rest days to stay more consistent with the diet. Nutrisport 90+ would be a solid start for this.
E) I would invest in Peak Beta by Molecular Nutrition instead & some creapure by Reflex. both better investments and more suitable to your goals.

i have purchased a tub of phd pharma whey.........and i checked on net,that every container had alluminium lid.but my container had white plastic lid.
is this a new packing or what
