Answer	HI Tom Yes you can mix the two if you wish to provide a large serving of creatine monohydrate. This should provide no negative side effect as long as your daily intake does not exceed 10g of creatine per day.

Question	Hi I ve been going to the gym for over 2 years now, and I ve got to the point where I m able to lift a lot of weight however I don t really have any size. I am on Micro Whey at the moment from Reflex, and I ve been looking at Growth Matrix as either an alternative or something I can take as well as. I don t really need to lose any fat weight. My main aim is to gain size and some weight. Do people think that this is the best way to go with supplements, or is there something else that you can recommend Cheers
Answer	If you're not gaining size anymore Dave then it's likely you'll need to increase caloric consumption. Go for a weight gainer that can keep you lean as well such as Instant Mass by Reflex.

Question	Hi guys, I m looking to loose a bit of fat and tone up with some lean muscle. I m currently using reflex instant whey, one shake first thing in the morning and 1 immediately after workout (sometimes I mix a tablespoon of powder with water 30-45 mins pre-workout to boost bcaas). My calorie intake is generally low as my priority is to get lean (5-6 small meals a day, inlcuding the shakes, composed mainly of good quality protein and good fats). My question is whether I would benefit from taking growth matrix, or a similar product such as afterflow, post-workout, or whether simple instant whey which I m taking now would be more appropriate for me. From what I understand, the unique hormonal profile that results after workout means that even after taking a serving of growth matrix, it is unlikely that any of the nutrition will be deposited as fat. I was therefore wondering why instand whey seems to be the preferred choice for many. Also, which do you think is the better product - growth matrix or afterglow Thanks in advance for any response
Answer	Hi Marcos, The most important determinant in fat loss is calories in vs calories out; not 6 meals a day or when you have your nutrients in a certain window. It's all about those daily caloric targets. That's not to say having some solid post-workout nutrients won't help, but the main deterimant is overall calorie intake. For this reason instant whey is popular on a diet; it has less calories than Growth Matrix and no carbs. Question	hi, i ve got a similar question as george and i weigh 78kg, i ve used growth matrix before but wasnt to sure what it was meant to do as i only just started working out. i havent used it for a while but would like to start again, i have also ordered thermo fusion. my aim is to lose some weight and to tone up and to build some muscles, is thermo fusion and growth matrix a good combination for that or could you suggest anything else thank you
Answer	That definitely is a good combination, as the growth matrix is a superb post workout product that will enhance results regarding building muscle mass, and lean tissue is essential for fat loss. Thermofusion is also a great product to enhance your metabolism and speed up the process towards your goals, but you should take something like a fish oil alongside it for added benefits (Olio by Biorhythm would be great).
