If you are looking to build muscle then something like oat gain by kinetica, and a good creatine such as reflex's creapure would be ideal for yourself and your body would respond alot better to.

Answer	Hi John, at 16 19 anabol testo would do absolutely nothing for you as your testosterone will be high an ever increasing until you are around 21 years old. At your age your hormones will be going up and down so sticking to what you are already using and training hard and cleaning up your diet would be the best option for yourself.

Answer	Hi Tariq, We do not stock a product known as hardcore whey so would be difficult to comment on its usage without knowing what is in it. Ensure you take some form of whey protein post workout also to repair the muscles you have just trained in the gym. Taking any capsulated supplement such as 19 anabol testo alongside a shake will not affect the end results, keep the consistency up in regards to taking the test booster and protein shake and your recovery and strength will certainly be improved.

Once you have reached you maximum amount of natural testosterone secretion you cannot go any further without the use of synthetic compounds. Some people will respond better to the 19-anabol testo thanks to the fenugreek, beta-ecyderstone etc. whereas some people may be more sensative to D-aspartic acid based supplements in which the Powerhouse stack will be the more potent option. I would suggest to choose one supplement stack and give that a go for one month then try the alternative option later so you can make a fair comparison to how the two supplements affect you, and which one offers you the best gains.
