Question | Hi, I currently weigh 9.5 stones and go to the gym 4 times a week. I would like to put more mass on. I recently purchased Critical Mass and took 2 scoops three times a day but i found that i was having stomach problems leading me to go to the bathroom regularly and so no increase in weight. Would you recommended this product over Critical Mass as i really want to gain a stone or two. Please could you help Thanking you in advance |
Answer | Hi George, Instant mass is just over 500 calories a serving where the Critical mass is 1000 calories, it could be your body isn't used to the amount of protein and calories you are trying to put in, try one scoop 3 times daily to start with and build it up slowly. Instant Mass would be a great alternative but you may find you have to take in more scoops to get the extra calories. |

Question | Hi, I have a question to ask about the Reflex Instant Mass to find out if it is the right one for me, I ve rang in and spoke to one of your advisers and they ve given me the thumbs up for this product however I want ask again just to be sure and compare this product with others and to see which one is the better one for me. I am an actor and I have an audition for a film in 2013 which requires me to add 20-30 pounds of pure muscle mass, which is around 2 stone, I ve got a good gym back ground and been mainly active throughput my life and I purchased the Reflex Instant Whey off you in January and it s only been a month and bit however I have seen a difference, however when ringing in, one of your advisers explained that it was great that I had purchased the Instant Whey from Reflex but to put on that much muscle mass, i need Instant Mass also with the same brand Reflex, could you let me know if this is the right product for me because I have also been looking at Applied Nutrition Applied Nutrition Critical Mass 2700 4.4kg and was wondering which was the best choice for me and the one you would recommend which would get the best results, I am also taking NO-EXPLODE pre supplement prior to my training and I take this 30-45 mins before I train, could you also let me know if I should change this product or stay with it when i move onto the Instant Mass, waiting on your reply! |

Instant mass is definately the best suited option for yourself, as an actor i highly doubt it they want you go gain any excess bodyfat in your bulking programme, thanks to the low Gi carbohydrates in instant mass and its gradual yet consistant approach to weight gain as opposed to massive bombardment of calories and weight, you should be gaining mostly muscle mass with each and every lb put on. You can continue to take BSN No-Xplode for your pre-workout needs to help you lift more in the gym and experience the best pump possible during your training session.

Question | Hi, i have been back in the gym for about 2 months while taking Critical Mass along with N.O Explode pre workourt, i have gained weight which is great as i have always struggled! Now i am thinking of moving onto Reflex Instant Mass as i believe this will still give gains but decrease the potential fat storage While on this will it now be ok to take EPI for 4 weeks followed by Androbolix for 4 weeks pct, along with Milk thistle of course I will still use N.O Explode pre workout as i find it is great to get you going for the gym! Question | Hi there, I am in the gym several times per week and currently on a high cal protein shake, I am looking to change to instant mass and bulk up my upper body and arms, I want to increase muscle but also focus on toning at the same time, if I take instant mass whilst also using the grenade thermo detonator I am worried that they will cancel each other out Although grenade states that it will focus on burning fat alone, so can I continue to increase muscle with a high protein diet and cut off any fat with the grenade Thanks a lot! |
Answer | Hi James, unfortunately this wouldn't be the best way to bulk up whilst toning up. It is nearly impossible to do the two things at the same time,as you need more calories a day to gain size. So taking grenade at the same time would just burn off the calories you would need to build with.The best thing would be to use instant mass until you have gained the muscle you desire. Then swap to instant whey to maintain the muscle you have gained and then use grenade to burn excess calories to cut up. |

Question | Hi I m about to start training 5 times per week after work. Im 6 3 and 161lbs but with a slight bit of fat. I m looking to get to add 30lbs of muscle/mass. I would personally hold back from taking everything at once as you won't be able to isolate exactly what supplements are working for you. If you about to begin training and seeking to gain mass then keep the instant mass and instant whey to provide all your protein requirements and add some lean mass to you. Afterglow is a great post workout supplement also so perhaps introduce these 3 supplements then start adding the other additional supplements over the upcoming months to see exactly which ones are offering you the gains you seek. Just remember that an excess amount of calories needs to be consumed for gaining more muscle mass, so aim for 2-3 shakes of instant mass per day. |

Question | My first protein shake was mutant mass which worked quite well, now im currently using cyclone. But, im not sure if this is having the same effect and i want to try instant mass as my aim is to bulk up and become leaner. I just wanted to know would this product achieve my aim I also intend to lose all my fat during July so I will inevitably resort to a high protein low carb diet, what other product would best suit this diet |
Answer | It will certainly help. If you're struggling to build muscle since the switch it's likely that you are suffering from the reduction in calories from the Mutant Mass to cyclone. I would switch back to mutant mass or instant mass (if you like the healthier option) and focus on continuing to lift progressively heavy before you fat loss cycle starts. |

Question | I bought this product a week ago so far I ve definately see more muscle mass and definition but I have some things I want to ask.. 1) Everytime i take a full serving 5 scoops with 400 ml milk I feel lazy,sluggish and sleepy. 2) Makes me feel like lying down and when I do I pulpitate. 3) I feel like its making my stomach bigger and bloated (Just a feeling) 4) Do I need to take 2 full servings daily even on weekends (Sat and Sunday I dont workout) Need answers please thanks in advance. |
Answer | Remove the milk out and you should be ok. Sounds to me like you're extremely bloated / struggling to digest so much content at once. |

Yes the reflex brand is incredibly good quality supplements. A supplement routine as extensive as that will surely yield good gains in size and strength.
Regarding pre workout drinks, our most potent one is either Jack3d or ssin juice, however if you train late evenings these may have too many stimulants in there for you so try gaspari super pump 250.

Question | hi, ive just bought this item, reflex instant mass, bsn lean dessert, reflex creatine creapure and reflex whey protien.. and what id like to know is, whats the best way to use all of these sports supplements to increase muscle and strength while decreasing body fat. can i put 1 scoop of each into a shaker and drink it that way or do you think i should use the sports supplements seperately. i do hard MMA training which is alot of quick bursts of strength and hard cardio. im looking to get the quickest and best results. thanks. |
Answer | No dont mix them all together.
Use instant mass as a meal, and eat or drink 6 meals a day.
If you eat a meal that has less than 35g of protein, take 1-2 scoops of whey in water with the meal.
Have 2 scoops of whey with your breakfast.
Use the lean dessert when you want a sweet snack, to avoid eating cakes/buscuits or chocolate.
Take 5g of Creatine anytime of the day in water, juice or tea/coffee. Take 5g after one of your daily workouts with an energy drink (or after glow / recovery drink) |
